The **** (Name censored due to Norwegian authorities. -admin) case has reached Danish media too! Berlingske's correspondent in Britain, Poul Høi, has written about it, basing his article on the BBC documentary. The article is good and comprehensive. It just exaggerates a bit the case having the status of a great scandal in Norway. If only it had!
Kæmpe skandale i Norge: Førende børneekspert skjulte frygtelig hemmelighed(Huge scandal in Norway: Leading child expert was hiding a terrible secret)Berlingske Tidende, 17 October 2018
"De norske børnemyndigheder er kommet i strid modvind. Gennem 20 år har de benyttet en psykiater som ekspert i tvangsfjernelser. Og psykiateren downloadede samtidig tusindvis af børnepornobilleder og -film. Norge kan blive tvunget til at undersøge hundredvis af sager."(The Norwegian child authorities are in a headwind. For 20 years they have made use of a psychiatrist as expert in cases of forced removal. And at the same time the psychiatrist was downloading thousands of child-pornographic pictures and films. Norway can be forced to investigate hundreds of cases.)That investigation will hardly be real and if any improvement comes of it in the charade of family assessments, it is a miracle, rather than the result of common sense and acknowledgement of responsibility on the part of the authorities.
But Poul Høi writes,
absolutely correctly:
"... og de norske politikere har generelt tiet stille."(... and the Norwegian politicians have in general kept quiet.)
