British schools "may investigate" parents of unruly kidsThe temper police: Parents may be investigated by social services if their kids throw 'intense' tantrums at schoolThe Telepgraph, 22 February 2017 "Parents of children who throw temper tantrums in class should be considered potential abusers or guilty of neglect, according to new official guidance. Teachers will be told to “err on the side of curiosity” and follow up “intense” outbursts or excessive clinginess as possible signs of abuse. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) today urges education professionals, as well as NHS staff, to be on the look-out for “soft signs”, also including low self-esteem and attention seeking.""The NSPCC has identified 57,000 children as needing protection from abuse in the UK, but estimates that the real figure could be eight times as much."The NSPCC (The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) has for decades waged war against parents, and are apparently eager to prove they are needed.
